Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not being evaluated for publication by another journal; otherwise, it must be justified in "Comments to the editor".
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
  • URLs for references were provided where possible.
  • The article must be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 pages, including references and appendices (when necessary), and must be printed on A4 paper with standardized margins, according to this template, which should not be altered. Exceptions regarding the number of pages will be evaluated by the Editors. The font must be Times New Roman 12, single-spaced, justified, and tabbed at 1.25. The article must contain a maximum of 7 graphic elements (figures, tables, graphs, etc.).
  • The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors, on page About.
  • In case of submission to a peer-reviewed section (eg articles), the editors will remove names from the article.
  • Undergraduate work, scientific initiation or undergraduate work must be linked to a faculty advisor for publication, whose submission must be made by the mentor professor
  • The journal editors will evaluate the article using plagiarism detection software.
